Cookies

Cookies are small pieces of data that are stored on your computer, mobile phone, or other device when you first visit a page. We use cookies, web beacons, locally shared objects (sometimes called “flash cookies”), mobile identifiers and similar technologies (“Cookies”) to help us recognize you on resMatching, enhance your user experience, and understand resMatching usage.

When do we use Cookies?

We may set Cookies when you visit ResMatching. They may also be set by other websites or services that run content on the page you’re visiting. After you register at our partner  sites including https://luc.id, http://www.samplicio.us, and https://madai.com we may connect information stored in Cookies with other information received from you.

The provision of your data via Cookies is voluntary. The use of Cookies may include the collection, processing and/or use of personal data in countries outside the European Economic Area which do not provide the same level of data protection as in your country.

What types of Cookies do we use?

We use two types of Cookies on ResMatching: “session cookies” and “persistent cookies.” Session Cookies are temporary Cookies that remain on your device until you leave ResMatching. A persistent Cookie remains on your device for much longer until you manually delete it (how long the Cookie remains will depend on the duration or “lifetime” of the specific Cookie and your browser settings).

What are Cookies used for?

Cookies may transmit information about you and your use of ResMatching, such as your browser type, and device information. Cookies also link to information such as the job titles that you entered on your profile, but this is not linked to your name.

We use Cookies for things like:

  • Authentication: to help us authenticate you to deliver personalized survey content.
  • Performance: to make ResMatching easier and faster to use.
  • Features: to enable features and store information about you (including on your device or in your browser cache) and your use of ResMatching.
  • Analytics and Research: to monitor and evaluate the use of ResMatching.

Ad Choices and Managing Cookies

You may also be able to disable placement of some (but not all) Cookies by setting your browser to decline cookies, though this may worsen your user experience. Additionally, you can also control, manage and/or delete cookies via your browser settings. A useful resource for information about deleting and controlling cookies can be found at AboutCookies.org.

Please note: if ads or other features on ResMatchingare provided by third parties, those parties also may set and use their own Cookies that are subject to those third parties’ privacy notices and policies. ResMatchingdoes not have access to, or control over, these Cookies.

How else can I avoid cookies?

You can delete cookies on your device and/or you may change the cookie settings of your browser or device. Please check your browser settings for more information. You may also be able to avoid certain cookies by opting-out directly with the party that operates and controls the cookie. Please note that some parts of our Site and other webpages and mobile apps will not function correctly if you disable cookies.
